  • On short notice, I was heading out of town & knew I needed an oil change. I was also concerned about the brakes and the keyless starter & lock did not work. When I called the day before, Ken (service dept) simply said, bring it in and we'll figure a way to fit it in. The service was completed that morning, they came & picked me up at the house to go retrieve the car and the brakes were checked out and there were no issues. We have been having all our cars serviced at Fredericktown Chevrolet for over 10 years but only now taking the time to drop a note to say thanks! We have appreciated the accommodations this dealership takes for customer service. We trust this dealership with the purchase of our vehicles and the service & body shop as well for their work.   • I have been looking for a new truck for some time. Many dealerships I went to started out with a pushy salesman hawking you as soon as you got out of the car. That is a huge turn off to me. Let me look and I will let yo know if I have any questions. My experience with you came via internet where I found a couple attractively prices vehicles. My first experience in November 2012 did not lead to a sale but my experience with the sales staff was so good when i was ready to get back into the buying saddle this is where I came. I was treated with respect and fairness. The owner even came to my house (50 miles away) to look at my classic vette because I was not goingto drive it in inclement weather. The sales team worked with me to get me into the truck I wanted (maybe not the exact color) and was able to beat my own banks rates on financing.
